About the role
Ravan.ai is looking for a versatile Sales & Client Support Associate with 1–2 years of experience who can manage client-facing sales activities as well as technical support and CRM operations.
The position combines business development, customer success, CRM administration, basic feature testing and hands-on work with GoHighLevel, Salesforce and other automation tools. The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing multiple hats and working in a fast-paced AI product company.
Employment type: Full-time.
Work mode: On-site at the New Delhi office during the day shift. Candidates from anywhere in India may apply but must be willing to relocate.
Start date: Immediate.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, qualify and follow up with prospective customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain Ravan.ai solutions to prospects.
- Manage leads, follow-ups, opportunities and deal progression in the CRM.
- Understand client requirements and support the sales team in closing opportunities.
- Handle client onboarding, platform questions and day-to-day support requests.
- Maintain strong client relationships through clear and regular communication.
- Track issues, coordinate with internal teams and ensure timely resolution.
- Create and maintain GoHighLevel and Salesforce workflows, pipelines, forms, automations and customer journeys.
- Perform functional testing of features, workflows and integrations.
- Troubleshoot common CRM, automation and configuration problems.
- Maintain accurate client, lead and pipeline data across systems.
- Prepare documentation, reports, project updates and process notes.
- Collaborate with engineering, product and sales teams to ensure smooth client delivery.
