About the role
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with 1-2 years of experience to join our IT Department, specializing in Information Security, at our New Delhi Corporate Office. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining robust Salesforce solutions to enhance our business operations and security posture.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and deploy Salesforce solutions including Apex classes, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.
- Implement and manage Salesforce automation using Flows, Process Builders, and Validation Rules to streamline business processes.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and connectivity.
- Write efficient SOQL/SOSL queries to interact with the Salesforce database and ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality and stability.
- Maintain documentation for all Salesforce development and configurations.
- Adhere to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
