Cosmo Films is hiring a Supply Chain Lead to coordinate planning, procurement, and material availability across a high-variability manufacturing environment. The role must convert planning signals into execution while protecting working capital and service levels.
Key responsibilities
- Lead weekly planning and material-availability reviews across demand, procurement, and plant teams.
- Build decision-ready views on inventory, shortages, supplier risk, and service-level exposure.
- Track planning adherence and escalation closure for high-priority items.
- Coordinate with finance and commercial teams on inventory and working-capital trade-offs.
- Improve forecast quality, supplier response visibility, and procurement handoffs.
- Drive disciplined S&OP inputs and action follow-through across functions.
