About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Production Engineer to oversee and optimize assembly line operations at our Aurangabad plant. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, lead a team of technicians, and implement lean practices to minimize downtime and ensure strict adherence to safety and quality benchmarks.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily production schedules and resource allocation to meet delivery targets.\n- Lead root-cause analysis (RCA) investigations for any quality deviations or equipment failures.\n- Implement Kaizen and 5S frameworks on the shop floor to improve assembly line efficiency.\n- Collaborate with plant maintenance teams to schedule preventive maintenance and optimize OEE
